ToyoLex is specialized software designed to modify the firmware of Toyota and Lexus vehicles with Denso ECUs. It allows users to disable various functions, including Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR), Immobilizer (IMMO), Catalytic Converter (CAT), and Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTC).
Key Features of ToyoLex Software:
✅ DPF Removal: The software supports disabling the Diesel Particulate Filter in all generations of Toyota and Lexus Denso ECUs. This feature is useful for preventing clogging issues and reducing maintenance costs.
✅ EGR Deactivation: The EGR system, responsible for recirculating exhaust gases, can be turned off to improve engine efficiency and reduce carbon buildup.

- Extract the firmware from the ECU in BIN format using tools like Kess, Ktag, BitBox, PCMflash, or Trasdata.
- Load the firmware into ToyoLex.
- Select the functions you want to disable (DPF, EGR, IMMO, etc.).
- Save the modified firmware and write it back to the ECU using the same bootloader.
💡 Important Note: ToyoLex does not calculate checksums, so it’s necessary to verify them before writing the modified file to the ECU【45】.
